This chamber & insert combination take my peak pro to another level. The quartz provides plenty of volume, held neatly by the 5D chamber that focuses heat where it counts. In this setup the chamber acts as a mini coil for the quartz cup, like a small banger on an enail, enclosed in a titanium shell that eases additional battery drain. I find it is negligibly more power consumptive, perhaps accounted for by the relatively higher temperature settings required. However, the radiant quartz provides a gentler, more consistent distribution of heat than glazed ceramic, which amplifies the feel & flavor, making for a more complete experience. Especially with larger doses! I’ve been able to comfortably take mine up to 550° without overheating or burning. I love that it’s rebuildable, which helps with cleaning. I had no connectivity issues out of the box. After a couple uses I did have to reseat it, but it’s been stable since. All in all this is an excellent way to enhance one’s medication experience relative to a 3D or 3DXL chamber. It is like a small rig, especially with heat retention. 10/10
