1.How to get tracking information.
First input your tracking number to the search box.Please ensure that there is no blank space for the incoming tracking number.
Then Click “Track” Button
For DHL please select “DHL Express”
For ePacket please select “China EMS (ePacket)”
You can also get tracking information from the official tracking website or select and click the following links according to your order’s shipping methods.

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
