Solution
Some customers still using over 3 years old battery mod or pen which typically use batteries with Micro charging port,These battery electrodes are severely aged, or the circuit board chips are too old to connect and detect the atomizer.Please confirm before purchasing that you are using genuine machines purchased within 3 years,Recommend using Type-C charge port.
