Works really, really well. I really don’t know why you’d want to only heat the sides of your XL chamber. Trying to get a big rip, here… well, JCVAP nailed it.
Couple things:
Only use the JCVAP silicone sleeve. The current Puffco and Tuff Tether chamber sleeves do not cover the gap between the metal housing and the top ceremic ring on the Jcvap chambers and you will get a red/white light error. The Jcvap sleeve does cover the gap to make an airtight seal, and the grommet/grommet ring is optional. Don’t have to cut anything to use the sleeve with a different tether or no tether.
If you rebuild the atomizer, make sure you tighten the upper and lower sections of the chamber housing fully to make an airtight seal.
If you do not use the Jcvap chamber sleeve and make sure it’s properly sealed the gap mentioned above, you’ll likely get a red/white light error. Atomizer is amazing, calibration is good.
5 stars. Better than Puffco 3DXL when properly installed.
Have some tips
Thank you Del for share the using experience and 5 star review. It’s really helpful for other users.
Updating my initial review as I’ve had success in working through some red white light issues. After rebuilding the atomizer a 2nd time I realized that you can OVER tighten the Jcvap chamber on the Puffco. By correcting this by gently untightening, the chamber has performed well.
The additional surface area is welcome. Battery usage up slightly, but manageable. Rebuilding the atomizer is surprisingly straight forward, but not exactly easy. What really impressed me the most was the robust assembly because I actually full on dropped the ceremic heater on the floor from about 4 feet and it didn’t break. I couldn’t believe it. The wire connections seem pretty sturdy as well. The pin mechanisms that hold the wires where you need them are fiddly but also manageable and seem functionally reusable based on my experience as a complete atomizer rebuilding need.
Am recommending this as a solid replacement for 3DXL chambers, but I would like to see the machining on the chamber heatsink/fins edges chamferred more. I cut myself just a bit on them while unscrewing the chamber from the Puffco base.

Needs a little fine tuning but worked great, will eat the connector on device
Okay,The outside diameter of the chamber has 0.2mm larger,so it can fit the pockety chamber as well.We are consider to fix the issue in the next batch.Thank you for the suggestion.
