I bought a 5d chamber because my old 3d stopped working and I already have the ruby and titanium inserts. I used it for about 3 weeks and the burner came apart, not sure why. I messaged JCVAP and explained my problem. They sent a new burner, which took only 2 minutes to change out. And it works awesome. Awesome product, customer service after the sale. I can’t ask for more professionalism. I’ll buy more from you In the near future.
