The ICA 5D XXL Chamber with insert for pockety offers several advantages:
1, The increased height of the cup prevents splattering of the contents when heated.
2, The larger contact area at the bottom of the cup enhances vapor production, ensures more uniform heating, resulting in a better taste experience, albeit with a potential increase in battery consumption.
3, With the heightened cup, more wax can be accommodated.
How to clean the XXL AlN insert?
First, roughly clean it with alcohol and a soft cotton swab, then use a torch to heat the AlN until it glows red (AlN melting point:5400°F) to burn off any remaining residue easily.
Warning：Please do not clean the AlN cup insert with a wire brush or other hard objects, as it can easily scratch its surface.

Cleanest working Atomizer on the market

Outstanding and innovative. Delivers a more refined and focused flavor profile than ceremic, but takes good bit more power to heat and stays hot bit longer. Importantly, the quartz insert is now sized and configured in such a way that larger dabs can be enjoyed safe from overspill and mess.
I am still testing the unit Jcvap kindly sent me (I’ve run about 8 sessions with it so far), but I wanted to point a couple things out for potential buyers:
Works fine on the Peak Pro but is not recognized as a 3D atomizer so no flavor profiles available in the Puffco app. Makes no difference to me, heats sides and floor of the insert anyway. Takes quite a bit longer to heat up and the temperature calibration is over reported by ~50-75 degrees F, so ive had to set my temperature higher than i would with ceremic to get similar vapor volume. I will say: I have found the Quartz Xxl to be totally usable in the Peak Pro, and my expectation is that this setup will be my daily driver.
Heat up time on the XXL Quartz is much, much quicker in the Pockety than it is in the Peak Pro.
Cleaning is a breeze, but you will eventually get some discoloration on the ceremic heating cup, which can be seen directly through the crystal clear quartz insert. Something to consider for people that are OCD like me, you may find regularly removing the insert for cleaning to be tempting, but it can really be time consuming and every time you do it there’s a chance you’ll drop the insert or damage something internally. So, I would resist the urge to be pixel peeping the insert after use and just enjoy the ultra smooth and convenient combination of battery powered quartz and enough volume to safely load dabs for several folks at a time without making a huge mess when your friend inevitably rips it harder than they should.
