Staying on top of regular cleaning does more than just keep your Puffco Pivot looking fresh—it plays a key role in maintaining peak performance. As you use your device, buildup from concentrates can accumulate and start to impact both flavor and function. Without consistent cleaning, residue can lead to reduced efficiency and a less enjoyable experience.
By giving your device a quick clean after each session, you’ll prevent buildup from becoming a problem. It’s a simple habit that helps your Pivot perform like new and extends its lifespan.

1.Clean While Warm (But Not Hot):
For the best results, clean your Pivot shortly after use while it’s still warm. At this stage, any residue or concentrate is softer and easier to remove. Just be sure it’s not too hot to handle—slightly warm is perfect for cleaning.
2.Pearl Maintenance:
If you’re using a terp pearl, gently remove it and place it on a paper towel. Wipe it down with either the towel or a soft cloth to clear off any leftover residue. Keeping the pearl clean helps maintain optimal performance and flavor.
3.Chamber Care:
Take a cotton swab or a small folded piece of paper towel and carefully wipe the chamber interior. Focus on clearing out any remaining concentrate or buildup from your last session. A quick wipe-down goes a long way in preserving the unit’s cleanliness and functionality.
4.Optional Deep Clean:
Every so often, it’s worth giving your Pivot a deeper clean. Slide off the silicone sleeve to access more of the device. Wipe the sleeve down with a cloth or cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol—don’t soak it, just gently clean the surface.
If your atomizer needs extra attention, you can soak it in isopropyl alcohol. Just be sure it’s completely dry before reattaching and using it again—this protects your device and ensures a safe, clean session every time.
A good rule of thumb is to thoroughly clean the glass each time. The glass itself should be soaked in ISO anytime you notice excess flooding.
1.Gently detach the glass piece from the base.
2.Place the glass in 90% or higher Isopropyl Alcohol for a deep soak.
3.After soaking, take it out and rinse thoroughly with clean water. (Isopropyl alcohol has a strong taste—make sure it’s completely rinsed off.)
4.Let the glass dry fully before reconnecting it to the base. Avoid letting any water enter the bottom chamber of the glass.
