1. Button Settings
Power On/Off
- Power On/Off: Press the button 5 times consecutively to power the device on or off. When powered on, the device will apply the previously set mode, with the corresponding level indicator light turning on for 1 second. When powered off, the device will save the current settings for the user’s mode.
Start/Stop
- Start: In the power-on state, press the button twice consecutively to start.
- Stop: While in the start mode, press the button twice consecutively to exit.
Mode Switching
- Power-On Mode: Press the button 3 times to switch between modes. The LED indicator for the corresponding mode will flash briefly.
- Preheat/Warm-Up Mode: Press the button 3 times to switch between modes. The LED indicator for the corresponding mode will flash briefly, and the device will execute the new mode settings after switching.
2. JCVAP EVOK Light Settings (Voltage Levels)
Light Corresponding to Temperature Levels
- Low: 338 Degrees Fahrenheit (Green light)
- Medium: 365 Degrees Fahrenheit (Blue light)
- High: 392 Degrees Fahrenheit (Red light)
Note: Due to differences in heating element materials, the manual indicates temperatures of 170°C, 190°C, and 210°C (338°F, 374°F, 410°F). When the heating temperature is reached, the light remains steady and stops flashing.
Battery Status Check: The light follows the button press: a single click makes it light up briefly, and a long press makes it stay lit.

Just received my ruby insert today and so far it’s amazing. Taste is absolutely amazing clean up is a breeze. Heats up great up and evenly and hits just as good if not better then the AlN insert highly recommend
Smokes nice, good flavor, heats properly with the Titanium sensor. Tried with Ceramic heat sensor and does not work efficiently, stick with the titanium.

To ensure fast heating and long usage time of Pockety, we use two 18650 batteries in series. If the capacities of individual batteries are inconsistent, during the charging process, the battery with smaller capacity may reach full charge prematurely, while the one with larger capacity remains not fully charged. This can result in the entire battery pack not being fully charged. The industry’s best solution to this is using charging balancing. However, charging balancing also has some drawbacks. Due to the inability to achieve 100% consistency in materials and assembly processes of the two batteries, there may be slight capacity differences between them. These minor differences can only be balanced by weak voltage differences. The smaller the difference, the longer it takes. Sometimes it may take several weeks of continuous charging to eliminate these minor differences. In reality, these tiny differences do not affect the battery output and usage time. Therefore, you may notice that some Pockety devices keep charging continuously. Additionally, because our engineers initially did not realize that this could confuse users, we deeply apologize for this. We will try to avoid this issue in program as much as possible in subsequent batches. Now, as long as you ensure that the battery indicator shows full after unplugging Pockety from the power source, it means it’s fully charged.Depending on your charging adapter, this usually takes between 2.5 to 6 hours.
Furthermore, according to our tests, inferior charging adapters may cause Pockety to consistently not fully charge. Please make sure to use qualified charging adapters.
