Today, we completed our first precision resin 3D-printed structural test, and the results closely matched — and in some areas exceeded — our expectations.

Prototype Testing: Portable Ball Vape Design Successfully Validated

The resin 3D-printed prototype exceeded expectations in both visual quality and structural accuracy. Surface finish and geometry came out surprisingly clean, making it ideal for fast functional verification.

The only minor issue occurred at the threaded connection, which felt slightly tight during initial assembly. After light manual polishing, the Crown seated perfectly and securely inside the Herbcloud atomizer.

From a Portable Ball Vape usability standpoint, the structure performed exactly as intended.

Key Improvement #1: Safer & Easier Operation for Portable Ball Vape Heat Zones

As a Portable Ball Vape, Herbcloud operates with higher thermal efficiency than traditional portable vaporizers. The Crown was designed specifically to address this.

Fingers stay away from high-temperature areas
Extended handle provides better control
Wooden handle remains cool during use
Balanced size for comfortable one-hand operation

Whether loading or unloading, the process feels natural, controlled, and stress-free, even during higher-temperature Portable Ball Vape sessions.

Key Improvement #2: Improved Sealing for Denser Portable Ball Vape Vapor

Compared to the original loading solution, the silicone seal on the Herbcloud Crown fully contacts the top sealing surface.

Because there is no protruding metal locking ring, the Crown can insert deeper into the atomizer chamber, which is especially important for a Portable Ball Vape system.

More efficient heat transfer from the ball heating structure
